Supporting a crowdfunding campaign is different from buying an item that is already manufactured and held in stock. Product-development and manufacturing projects may experience changes, production challenges, or delays.
Where there is a conflict concerning a specific Kickstarter pledge, the live campaign information and the applicable Kickstarter terms will take priority over general information on this website.
09

When contacting AT.10, you confirm that:
Do not send trade secrets, confidential business information, unreleased designs, or other commercially sensitive material unless an appropriate confidentiality agreement has first been agreed in writing.
AT.10 is not required to accept a proposal, partnership, collaboration, submission, or commercial opportunity merely because it has been received or discussed.
12
The website may link to third-party websites and services, including:
External links are provided for information and convenience. Unless expressly stated, a link does not mean that AT.10 owns, controls, approves, or endorses the third-party service or all information appearing on it.
Third-party websites operate under their own terms, privacy policies, cookie practices, and security arrangements.
AT.10 is not responsible for the operation, content, availability, or independent practices of third-party websites.
13
AT.10 aims to keep the website available and accurate but does not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or available at a particular time.
We may:
We are not required to provide advance notice of routine website changes, although significant changes may be communicated where appropriate.
14

However, no website or electronic communication method can be guaranteed to be completely free from vulnerabilities, malicious activity, interruption, or harmful code.
You are responsible for:
AT.10 will never ask you to send a full payment-card number, password, or authentication code by email.
15
The website is provided primarily for general brand, development, and informational purposes.
Although reasonable care is taken when preparing website content, information may be incomplete, provisional, outdated, or affected by development decisions.
You should not rely solely on general website content when deciding whether to make a future Kickstarter pledge or purchase.
Before making a commitment, review the current and specific information supplied at that time.
Nothing on the website constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, customs, engineering, or other professional advice.
16
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
This includes liability for:
If you use the website as a consumer, AT.10 is responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.
AT.10 is not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.
The website is provided for personal and non-commercial use. AT.10 is not responsible to consumer users for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, business, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AT.10 will not be responsible to a business user for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the website.
AT.10 is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including hosting failures, network outages, cyber incidents, third-party platform failures, natural events, governmental action, industrial disputes, or widespread service interruptions.
17
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove, reduce, or replace rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection law continues to apply.
Future Kickstarter or retail terms must be read together with any statutory rights that apply to the relevant transaction.
If any part of these terms conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right will take priority.
18
Personal information collected through the website, waitlist, and communications is handled as described in the AT.10 Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies, embedded forms, storage technologies, and related website services is provided in the Cookie Policy.
19
These terms may be updated as:
The latest version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
Changes apply from the date stated in the updated terms. Continued use of the website after that date means that the updated website terms will apply to your later use.
Changes to website terms will not retrospectively replace separate contractual terms already agreed for a transaction unless the applicable agreement or law permits that change.
20
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the agreement governing general use of this website.
They do not replace a separate Kickstarter, retail, partnership, collaboration, supplier, or commercial agreement.
If a court or competent authority finds part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply so far as legally possible.
If AT.10 does not immediately enforce a provision, that does not mean the right to enforce it later has been waived.
AT.10 may transfer its rights and obligations under these terms as part of a lawful reorganisation, incorporation, investment, sale, or transfer of the brand or business.
Any transfer will remain subject to applicable law and will not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a person who is not a party to these terms does not have a right to enforce them.
21
These website terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
If you are a consumer, this governing-law provision does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of the country in which you live.
Before starting formal proceedings, both you and AT.10 are encouraged to contact the other party and attempt to resolve the matter reasonably.
Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes relating to these terms.
